Far Cry 2 graphically shows the capabilities of today's games. Especially utilizing HD graphic capabilities. It is visually stunning.
The action is just as intense as Far Cry, but the scene this time seems to be like something right out of an African safari. It even has jungle diseases that get you from time to time. Believe me, there is never a good time to be caught with your pants down.
You are hunting 'the Jackal', a seedy mystery character that has stirred up a continued war between to factions. Reminded us of a "Last Man Standing" plot in the after effects of war in Africa. You have to find both sides strengths and weaknesses and use them against each other. Real time playing keeps the game in a realistic feeling storyline. A real tribute to the War Lords.
Another Ubisoft hit! Played on Play Station 3, Xbox 360, and PC. Far Cry 2 is rated Mature (17+) due to its references to drugs and sex, intense violence, blood, and strong language. It sells normally around $59.99.
