You could not possibly live on this planet and not have heard of the phenomenon Guitar Hero. The game has taken off every where. There are even Guitar Hero contests at bars and clubs throughout the United States.
Guitar Hero World Tour is the latest in the Guitar Hero series. And this game is on fire! It averages around $199, which seems high for a game, but this game comes with accessories. The package includes a wireless drum kit, a guitar/bass (with additionals available), and a microphone that all are used to play different roles as a band member in the game.
Guitar Hero World Tour has almost 100 different songs to play to. There is sure to be expansion kits added to this. Even real bands of today is getting on board for this game. And the Guitar Hero series is making a whole new generation listeners to bands like Aerosmith and others.
This is the closest thing to many garage bands ever making it in the real world. Fun to play and ultimately addictive. Rated Teen (13+) for lyrics and mild suggestive themes.
